چکیده
Abstract Inclusive, comprehensive Stakeholder Identification and Mapping processes are vital for successful environmental management. This is relevant as multi‐disciplinary collaboration becomes increasingly popular, the diversity of people influenced by, or involved in, management most projects greater than ever before. Understanding how parties analysed in programmes required to enable robust considered methodologies well successful, just equitable outcomes. The aim this study was improve attribute mapping process, increasing transparency ensuring representation both equitable. A rapid scoping review Scopus Web Science undertaken collate analyse peer‐reviewed, published evidence on stakeholder analysis, with a focus identifying stakeholders their attributes. Of Initial 359 identified papers, 61 were included after three stages screening. Our results indicate that there little consistency among practitioners ensure Identifying Stakeholders representative: <20% Case Studies ( n = 9) checked relevancy identification. Additionally, definitions at all analysis process inconsistent across case studies. Fewer half definition 22) 25). Capturing representative sample parties, without compromising efficiency, financial practical constraints, difficult. Having consistent term within an important step. Based review, we formalise Analysis into six stages. Through findings, decision support tool, MAPTkit (Mapped Attribute Profiling Toolkit) developed visualise heterogeneity several user‐determined tool non‐prescriptive, drawing attention potential issues such misrepresentation real‐world communities. ensures engagement full range collaborative, while promoting fair representation.

Intelligent multi-stakeholder environmental management
In any group decision making, stakeholders have different powers, proficiency and also experiences. These power weights are very difficult to obtain, because group managers avoid revealing the relative powers of the stakeholders to prevent more conflict among them. Therefore, in many studies, the different powers have not been well accounted and then equal power weights have been assigned to ea...
